History and Outline

Opened in April 2000. Constructed at the site of old exhibition which used to be the former residence of Kawasaki Junji, the first president of “Owara” preservation society. As a hands-on learning facility which display documents and materials concerned with “Owara” and make free use of picture techniques, Yatsuo Owara Exhibition intends to increase the number of tourist and stimulate the economy.

Project

Collection and Exhibition

Displays documents and materials concerned with Kawasaki Junji, the father of the revival of “Owara” as a permanent exhibition and it shows his friendship with many writers and artists like Kosugi Hoan. Also displays documents of “Owara” song, dance and its background with explanation.
