History and Outline

The Field Museum of Water is considered the whole very large Niikawa area to be the lifelike museum which can experience water. It is a new type of museum centering on field activity and dispatch of the information. For what we made up with local all of you, the promotion room was installed in 2001, and activity started in earnest.

Project

Collection and Exhibition

We consider various materials related to water (river, springs, alluvial fan, gorge, animals and plants) and benefits, culture and history of water (including the history of a long battle against water) as our exhibits. We have held field tours to drain off in visit experiences locally and dispatched the information using our home page.
