History and Outline
Opened in April 1993. This museum collects documents and materials about history, literature, entertainment, folklore (life utensils), industry, natural science and development of power resources and hot spring of Unazuki Town displays them with panels.
Project
Collection and Exhibition
Permanent exhibition of a replica (1/2 scale) of the Aimoto Drawbridge, one of the three most extraordinary bridges of Japan. Introduction to the history and folklore of Unazuki Town in a three-screen DVD installation. Displays of treasures bestowed on the Matsugi family running an inn of the Kaga feudal domain, works of writers and artists who visited the Kurobe Gorge, and materials of Kurobe such as staurolite crystals and sinter cones.
