History and Outline
Built in March 1991 in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the consolidation of Fukuno Town. This is a complex facility which consists of an amphitheater “HELIOS”, an exhibition hall, various classrooms and a library.
Project
◆Holds a music festival “SUKIYAKI MEETS THE WORLD” every summer.◆Holds a lifelong learning class (4 times a year), lectures by prominent person, various classes such as pottery class.
◆Holds solo exhibitions of local artists.

- “HELIOS” is an amphitheater having a six divided come-up stage from below and a storage floor that stores seats. It can be used an exhibition hall.
